Company and Organisation

describes the structures or processes for systems and actions of a company or a project. An organisation is always consciously created, has founders and members and acts purposefully.

  • Structure-oriented models emphasise the connection of individual components, which interact in the cooperation of company members and are coordinated in a target-oriented manner.
  • Process-oriented models emphasize the meaningful action of organising in the interaction process of organisational members and their coordinated orientation towards higher-level goals.
