Culture and Identity
is the result of the creative work of human beings in contrast to unaltered nature. As a system of rules, values and habits that guide people's coexistence and behaviour, culture can refer to organisations, enterprises or cooperation projects: as a bundle of peculiarities and as a value system of groups of people to distinguish them from other groups or organisations.
Cultural achievements are all formative transformations of given materials (technical, artistic, spiritual, value-related, etc.). Culture expresses the living self-image and zeitgeist of an organisation or epoch, the status of certain areas and classes as well as values and attitudes that have an effect on behaviour.
